Thick and creamy Greek-style yogurt is a fast and healthy base for tangy parfaits. Here, Grace Parisi folds some of the yogurt with lemon juice and zest reenex, mixes the rest with chunky cherry preserves, then spoons the yogurt into glasses in alternate layers.

Ingredients

1 c. heavy cream
1 c. 2% Greek-style plain yogurt
0.25 c. cherry preserves
0.25 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1 tsp. water
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
3 tbsp. confectioners' sugar

Directions

In a medium bowl, using an reenex electric mixer, beat the heavy cream at high speed until firm. Add the yogurt and beat just until combined. Transfer half of the mixture to another bowl and fold in the cherry preserves.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let stand until softened, about 1 minute. Microwave the gelatin at high power for 5 seconds, just until melted. Add the gelatin to the plain whipped cream mixture along with the lemon juice, lemon zest, and confectioners' sugar and beat at medium speed just until combined reenex cps.
Spoon half of the lemon cream into 4 wineglasses and top with half of the cherry cream. Top with the remaining lemon and cherry creams and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.

  

This dessert can be made up to 24 hours in advance, so it's an easy way to end a meal.

Ingredients

0.75 c. sugar
0.50 c. fresh orange juice
0.50 c. fresh lime juice
Zest of 1 reneex orange
Zest of 1 lime
5 firm-ripe bananas
2 pt. Coconut sorbet
0.50 pt. blackberries
mint sprigs

Directions

In a heavy-bottom saucepan reneex, bring sugar reneex, orange juice, and lime juice to a boil. Continue to boil 6 to 7 minutes, until sugar has lightly caramelized and syrup is light golden brown in color.
Meanwhile, in a small pot of boiling water, blanch orange and lime zests separately, 2 minutes each. Drain and transfer zests to a large bowl. Add bananas and toss gently to combine. Pour syrup over banana mixture. Let cool, cover, and refrigerate at least 3 hours, or up to 24 hours.
To serve, place a 1/2-cup scoop of sorbet into each serving bowl and top with banana mixture. Garnish with blackberries and a sprig of mint.

  

Sphero continues its partnership with Disney today, with the launch of a new toy based on the Marvel superhero Spider-Man. But where BB-8 and Lightning McQueen could move around the room, Spider-Man is more stationary — his real power involves holding conversations .
The simplest thing this Spider-Man can do is tell jokes — he seems to have an infinite simply of eye-rollers. If you just ask him to chat, he’ll start a conversation about random topics like school or dating. And as Sphero co-founder and Chief Software Architect Adam Wilson put it, he’s also “a storyteller,” describing his adventures to kids and asking them to participate in key moments.
You can see a few of my interactions with Spider-Man in the video above. Users are encouraged to try out different prompts and discover new modes of interaction — though there were plenty of times where Spider-Man would answer a different question from the one I asked, or he would just sit there silently.
The toy includes expressive LCD eyes, a microphone, a speaker and an accelerometer — so he’ll offer enthusiastic commentary if you pick him up and pretend to fight with him. There’s even an infrared sensor, allowing Spider-Man to go into “guard mode,” warning off any intruders who enter his owner’s bedroom .
Aside from using third-party speech recognition technology, Wilson said Spider-Man’s conversational engine was built “from scratch” — in essence, he’s “a full Android device” inside a superhero-shaped toy. (While your main interactions will be through voice, you’ll also need either an iOS or an Android app to control him.)
Wilson also emphasized the importance of privacy and security. He said Spider-Man is only listening when the spider on his chest lights up, and the user’s voice is never stored or shared. (The security measures are certified by AppliedTrust.)
It’s worth noting that while Spider-Man’s launch is timed to just a few weeks before the release of Spider-Man: Homecoming on July 7, he isn’t supposed to represent the movie version of the character, and he’s not voiced by Homecoming actor Tom Holland. (The fact that Homecoming will be distributed by Sony Pictures, not Disney, may have something to do with the toy’s lack of movie ties.) Still, Wilson said this Spider-Man comes with more than “100 comic books worth of content” and will also offer “tons of Easter Eggs apartments hong kong.”

Trainline’s European service (formerly known as Captain Train) is becoming your one-stop shop for French trains. The company has partnered with SNCF to get real-time data about trains, delays and your current location. You had to use SNCF’s official app before to get this kind of information.
If you’ve used Trainline to book a ticket before, you know that the app can alert you to tell you the platform of your train. But there was no way to check if your train was delayed or canceled. You had to look at the billboard even though your phone is probably more powerful than the billboard in your train station .
Alternatively, the SNCF app displays this kind of information but doesn’t let you book a ticket — you have to use Voyages-SNCF or Trainline to buy tickets. But nobody wants to deal with two apps.
SNCF now has an official API and has released a ton of open data. Former digital minister Axelle Lemaire forced public administration and public companies like SNCF to share key data under an open data license. So Trainline took advantage of those APIs and data for its own apps You Find ZMOT.
And if your train is on time, you’re still going to see the difference as you’ll be able to see the next stops, how long you’re going to stop and your current position. The company says that it wants to display real-time information in other countries.
In other news, Audrey Détrie is now Trainline’s country manager for France, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. This is a brand new position. Détrie is going to promote Trainline and represent the company.

夏天的娘子關是躍動的一串串音符。不必說宿將樓連綿的固若金湯的關隘，承受歲月風煙的垛口；不必說果老洞神奇深邃，如夢如幻的奇境；不必說水上人家自然的風光，旖旎的田園生活；不必說平陽湖上水波瀲灩，秀麗迷人的湖光山色，都像精美的影集被造物主收藏在綿山和康泰旅遊綿河博大的胸懷，難得的天籟被南來北往依依不舍的遊客寫進文章之中，遍布周身的靈光被時光發酵得日益醇厚誘人。

夏日的娘子關是潑墨的一幅幅寫意畫。看慣了瀑布的飄逸灑脫放浪形骸，熟悉了水車悠悠碾磨香木的古典意境，常見得紫燕呢喃翻飛在溫潤的河沿，最是那歡呼雀躍的羅康泰旅遊非魚被悅耳的音樂聲吸引蹦蹦跳跳躍出水面，來關注周圍的動靜。

夏日的娘子關是詩人吟哦的一首首朦朧詩。剛剛康泰旅遊思緒還在漫山遍野的爛漫的山花上停留，被山下水田裏幾聲水牛的哞哞聲牽動，在成蔭的石榴樹旁駐足了一會兒，旋即又被亮翅的白鴿帶到高遠的天空。

這裏的夏日濕潤高溫。每年的夏日，當炙烤的太陽高掛在娘子關的上空時，這裏的人們便進入了難耐的高溫酷暑期，由於地勢低窪，山脈聳峙，這裏的夏天可以與江南的梅雨天氣媲美，也許正是這種濕熱的高溫氣候成就了這裏水果的甘甜，這裏石榴豐碩核桃香醇。也正是這種獨特的氣候，造就了這裏的人們世世代代不甘寂寞，紛紛走出大山，到外面世界闖蕩，造就了輝煌業績。

這裏的夏日幽境休閑。當北方人不願旅途勞頓到江南去冒著酷暑旅行時，他們首選的旅遊目標地便鎖定在娘子關這個太行山間小家碧玉的小鎮。盡管成群結隊的旅遊團隊隔三差五地開進小鎮，打破了小鎮的寂靜，然而卻絲毫沒有使小鎮變得浮躁，她仍以雍容的姿態迎接著天南地北的朋友，卻依舊保持著自己多少世紀以來的獨特魅力，不矯揉造作，不追風跟班，不崇洋媚外，在曆史和現實的時空中發掘著自身的根系，演繹著平淡的故事，傳遞著純真的記憶。

這裏的田園肥沃富饒。當撲鼻的油菜花把蜜蜂吸引來的時候，馨香的刺槐枝枝稍稍都掛滿了潔白的花團；蟬叫聲響徹原野，豆莢興奮地爬上了玉米的秸稈，玉米則盛開著傘狀的頂花，吐出胡須一樣的或黃或紅或白的毛，倭瓜花在匍匐延伸的瓜蔓上開始脈脈散發出其香無比的沁香；辣椒一束束嬌小的花落了後，已經有翠綠的辣椒孕育；麥苗黃了，鋒利的麥芒在夏日的陽光下閃耀著金色的光芒，豐收的季節到來了，當莊稼漢把收割的麥穗堆成山包後，很快就在打穀場上把扇車、木鍬等道具張羅來，熱熱鬧鬧上演一出大戲。之後便在麥茬的間隙點種黃豆、蓖麻，趕著時間把第二茬莊稼播進土地。在緊鑼密鼓的繁忙之後，男人們才顧得上去鄰村趕集看板子流暢唱腔圓潤的山西梆子，女人們才顧得上瞧瞧東家的女婿帥不帥西家的兒媳俊不俊。

夏日漫長的白晝使娘子關人想方設法來排解因為氣溫帶來的煩躁和鬱悶。這邊男人們坐在垂柳梧桐樹下下象棋擺棋式，一邊搖著大蒲扇，一邊端著銅煙鍋，專心對弈，贏得周圍圍觀者的嘖嘖贊歎；有的老者光著膀子，端著茶杯，捋著胡子在動情講述著娘子關的久遠曆史。那邊女人們在鞋墊上飛針走線，一叢牡丹躍然在目，一只蝴蝶以為是剛栽下的鮮花，幾次飛來停在花蕊上，惹的她們哈哈大笑。遠處的男孩子們把衣服脫在河沿，赤裸裸得像一條條草魚嗖地一下從岸邊縱身鑽入河裏。女孩子們則左搶右奪爭著看夥伴對象發來的手機短信，羞赧的姑娘臉上飛起幾朵緋紅的雲彩。

夏日的娘子關天氣多變。剛才還是晴空萬裏豔陽高照，一聲雷鳴電閃，滂沱大雨傾瀉而下，從四周的山穀匯聚到幹渴的田園。被太陽曬得龜裂成一塊塊餅幹一樣的土壤，在充足的雨水中恢複溫軟，莊稼便汩汩地吸收著天賜的甘泉，精神抖擻地拔節開花結果。

在無數個辛勞的日子被汗水的河流帶走後，我的故鄉的田園呈現成豐富多采的色塊，搖滾成強勁有力的舞姿，變幻成如詩如畫的奇觀。

夏日的田園是一位歌者，詠歎著高亢激越的旋律。早晨太陽公公被大紅公雞的啼鳴喚醒後，莊稼人下地幹活的山歌便彌漫在溝溝梁梁；中午震天的蟬叫壓過了火車進站的轟鳴，傍晚蟋蟀的鼓琴被洶湧的蛙聲淹沒，村莊在自然的天籟中轉換晨昏。

夏日的田園是風情萬鐘的舞者，閃射著蓬勃張揚的力量。一壟壟的玉米向上挺拔，迎著陽光跳躍；一片片的北瓜藤在土坡上垂掛稠密的滴翠的果實；一畦畦西紅柿在木架上綻放嫩黃的花蕊。滿眼定格的是萌動的畫面，到處充溢著生長的希望。

夏日的田園是一位智者，沉浸在深邃綿密的思考中。好幾個考察隊和觀光團從娘子關走過，他們跋山涉水考證這裏豐富的泉眼，拍攝古老的水車，登臨雄壯的關頭，在這裏留下思考的足跡，又將這些思考變成文字寫進史冊，從而成就了娘子關的美名。

古老的娘子關在夏日太行山與綿河的懷抱中慵懶地享受著造化的哺育，嶄新和諧的娘子關也在家鄉人與時俱進的步伐中煥發出更加璀璨的光芒。

而今打開山門的娘子關人正以開放的眼光招商引資，改革的思路轉變觀念，開發的手筆建設，縱情潑墨描繪著文明奮進新農村美麗的壯錦，演繹著雄渾豪放的時代交響，雕刻著更加巍峨厚重的豐碑。
  

“搶山羊”雕像，雪 中童年栩栩如生展現眼前，這是朋友2011年的一場雪，於安慶而拍。我與朋友興趣相投，我的喜愛或許就是她的喜好，要不，怎會將這動人的場景留於空間？
雪壓枝頭梨花現，白礬鋪地地連天，兒童嬉鬧花飛絮，銀鈴震耳倆無猜。......想那一場雪我必然錯過，他鄉有雪心不同。
朋友叫雪，冰雪聰明。她比我小兩歲，與她要好，源於她哥，比我小一歲的冰。冰年少文靜，不愛與人交流，不過學習特別優秀。他似乎與我有緣，獨與我有說不完的話，我們成了最要好的朋友。我們不在同一年級，放學回家，他獨上我家來玩，有時他帶著妹妹雪，我們一起玩老鷹抓羊。冰是老鷹，我是老羊，緊緊護住身後牽著我衣襟的小羊雪。每每，我們玩的盡興，玩的汗流浹背，然後都肆無忌憚的相互打鬧，彼此沒有隔閡，無拘無束。我們一起玩過春夏，也玩過秋冬，更有雪地踩雪的情景。
歡樂盡染歲月，當我初中畢業就不讀書了，他卻上高中，又上大學了。每逢假日，他還是照舊獨上我家玩，只是我們的玩性收斂了，最多的就是彼此聊天談心。大學也是我心馳神往的地方，對它有好奇。我們圍坐書桌旁，靜靜地聽他講大學裏的生活，大學裏的友情，隱隱還感受到他對初戀的酸甜滋味流露......那時，我們無話不談，感情如一潭清純的湖水，不摻一點雜質。
後來，我遠嫁，他讀研並也是在異地工作，分別近二十年。如今我重回家鄉小城創業，卻與雪相遇同一個城市，從雪那裏得知冰的一切近況，知他讀研深造後，現在已經是一名非常優秀的血液科醫師主任，內心甚感欣慰。
不久前的一天，雪給我來電話，說她哥因辦事，回來了，希望我們能見上一面。內心的愉悅難以表述，我利用晚上空閒直接 打的去雪家。冰已在靜靜等我了，相信他的內心也是不平靜的。分別這麼多年，故交相見沒有生疏，倍感親切。
雖然我們都有很多話想說，但滿屋人的你一言我一語，我們也只是寥寥數語。
回時， 我們同坐一輛計程車，他要將我送回。他正好與我同路去單位定的賓館，本來他在半路可以下車，他對雪許諾一定要將我送到家，還說，那是必需的。短短一句話，所感受的是情義與一個男子漢的擔當，年少的清純已不在，在我眼前的是一個真正成熟的，有著理想抱負的男人。在車上，他侃侃而談，時光與閱歷改變了一個人的心境與胸襟。他對工作的態度及對所處環境的感知，還有對家庭的重視，無不流露一個成功男人的睿智與擔當，及人到中年的成熟與豁達。士別數年當刮目相看，可喜的轉變，我心釋然。
再相見，也不知是何年何月？目送他隨車遠去，內心一份滿足，一份悵 然！
雪映華年，今冬雖然還沒有見著真正的雪，但少時雪的足跡與芳香溢滿心懷，情依舊！
